Booking Policy - Terms & Conditions
T WORLD TOURS BOOKING POLICY
1. Reservation & Payment

A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit as specified by T World Tours.

All final payments are due no later than 60 days prior to departure. T World Tours reserves the right to cancel your booking if payments are not received in full by this deadline.

Custom payment plans are available upon request and must be confirmed in writing.

Prices listed are per person, based on double or single occupancy unless otherwise stated. Airfare, add-ons, and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly mentioned.

T World Tours allows you to have one late grace payment, but the first and last payments are mandatory. If you need to adjust your plan, reach out to us—we’re happy to help you reorganize your schedule. If you miss more than two payments, you may be removed from the trip.
Klarna Payments
T World Tours offers Klarna as a third-party financing option for select group trips. By choosing Klarna at checkout, you agree to the following terms:

Separate Agreement:
All financing terms, payment schedules, interest rates, and loan agreements are managed directly between you and Klarna. T World Tours is not responsible for the terms of your Klarna financing agreement.

Immediate Payment to T World Tours:
Once your booking is completed through Klarna, T World Tours receives the full amount upfront. Your personal payment plan and obligations to Klarna are separate from T World Tours.

Non-Refundable Terms:
All payments made via Klarna are subject to T World Tours’ standard cancellation and refund policies. If a refund or trip credit is issued, it will be processed according to T World Tours' policies and submitted through Klarna's system.
Please note: Even if T World Tours issues a trip credit, you may still be responsible for completing payments directly with Klarna according to your original loan agreement.

Changes and Cancellations:
If you wish to change or cancel your booking, you must notify T World Tours directly. You are still responsible for managing your Klarna payment obligations separately. Any questions regarding payment plan adjustments, early payoff, or loan terms must be directed to Klarna’s customer service team.

Chargebacks and Disputes:
By selecting Klarna as your payment method, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims against T World Tours for amounts properly charged under our terms and conditions. All cancellations, refunds, and credits must follow the procedures outlined by T World Tours and Klarna.
Disputes initiated outside of these policies may result in additional legal and administrative fees.

Klarna Availability:
Klarna financing is subject to approval by Klarna and may not be available for all travelers, trips, or countries. T World Tours has no control over Klarna’s approval process.

Currency and Fees:
All Klarna transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Travelers are responsible for any additional Klarna-imposed fees, including interest charges if applicable.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@tworldtours.com.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, as they are used to reserve hotels and experiences in advance upon booking.

Refunds are issued as trip credit only, which can be used toward a future T World Tours trip.

You are eligible for:

100% trip credit for cancellations made 61+ days before departure

50% trip credit for cancellations made 30–60 days before departure
-
No credit or refund for cancellations made within 30 days of departure
-
Trip credits expire 12 months from the cancellation date. However, travel does not need to be completed within that year—only rebooked.

No credit or refund is given for missed, skipped, or non-participated experiences during the tour.

Credit does not apply to airfare, insurance, or third-party add-ons.
3. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

T World Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any time due to weather, safety concerns, local disruptions, natural disasters, political unrest, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of a full trip cancellation due to circumstances such as war, terrorism, government bans, public health emergencies (e.g. pandemics), or other safety risks, T World Tours will issue a full credit refund to be used toward a future trip. No cash refunds will be issued.

This tour can only proceed with a minimum of 8 travelers booked. If the tour is cancelled, a full credit refund including the deposit will be refunded to the traveler. For this reason, we suggest purchasing refundable airfare or airfare insurance for all flights booked.
4. Travel Documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain and maintain a valid passport, required visas, and any additional travel documents or vaccinations for the destination.

T World Tours is not responsible for any traveler’s failure to obtain necessary documents or denied entry. No refunds or credits will be provided in such cases.
5. Health, Safety & Accessibility

Travelers must assess their physical and mental health before booking. T World Tours is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or restrictions due to pre-existing health conditions.

Guests are required to complete a health and emergency information form before departure, disclosing all allergies, medications, dietary needs, and relevant conditions. T World Tours is not liable for any complications resulting from misinformation or omitted health disclosures.

You are responsible for bringing any necessary medications, medical supplies, and insurance documentation with you during travel.
6. Liability Waiver
By participating in a T World Tours trip, you acknowledge and agree:

To release T World Tours, its employees, contractors, affiliates, and vendors from all liability in the event of injury, loss, illness, death, or accident, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

T World Tours is not responsible for:

Delays, cancellations, or missed flights
-
Theft or loss of personal property
-
Changes to itinerary due to force majeure events
-
TWT is not responsible for any experience before or after the official tour dates (including early arrivals or late departures).

Participation in excursions (such as ATV rides, boat tours, hikes, or safaris) is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for associated risks.
7. Mandatory Travel Insurance
T World Tours requires all travelers to obtain a comprehensive travel insurance policy within 14 days of booking their experience.
The insurance policy must include the following minimum coverage:

A minimum of $100,000 USD in medical coverage

Emergency medical evacuation and transport coverage
-
Trip cancellation and interruption protection equal to or exceeding the total cost of your booked experience

Baggage loss, theft, and delay coverage
-
24/7 emergency assistance hotline access
-
Coverage for epidemics/pandemics, including cancellations, quarantines, and medical treatment related to COVID-19 or similar outbreaks
Proof of Insurance:
A digital copy of your insurance policy (including policy number, coverage amounts, and emergency contact number) must be submitted to info@tworldtours.com within the 14-day window. Failure to provide documentation may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
Insurance Providers:
T World Tours may offer a list of suggested providers upon request. However, we do not endorse, manage, or guarantee any third-party services or insurance coverage. It is the participant's sole responsibility to select, purchase, and verify a policy that meets the required coverage criteria.
8. Guest Conduct & Expectations

All travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward fellow guests, guides, hotel staff, and local communities.

T World Tours has the right to remove any guest—without refund—who behaves in a disruptive, abusive, or unsafe manner.

A 10-minute grace period will be granted for group departure times. If you are late, you are responsible for your own transportation to the next location or experience.
9. Photography & Media Release

T World Tours may capture photography and video content during the trip. By attending, you grant permission to use your likeness in marketing, promotional materials, and social media.

Edited photos will be shared post-trip for personal use only. These cannot be resold or used as stock images.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, with any disputes to be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, IL.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a trip with T World Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms listed above. You also confirm you are 18 years or older.
